Detail itinerary
- Leave the hotel early in the morning and proceed to Sinharaja rainforest (approx. 2 hours)
- Guided trek through endemic flora and fauna in this UNESCO World Heritage forest
- Return to Bentota for overnight stay
- After breakfast leave to Udawalawe for a jeep safari (approx. 2 hours)
- After the safari proceed to Ella for overnight stay (approx. 1.5 hours)
- Leave to Horton Plains early in the morning
- Horton Plains is Sri Lanka's highest plateau — home to many endemic birds and World's End (1,050 m drop)
- Proceed to Kandy (approx. 2 hours)
- After breakfast visit the famous Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy
- Proceed to Sigiriya to climb the rock fortress
- Overnight at Sigiriya
- After breakfast go on a jeep safari to Minneriya National Park
- In the afternoon enjoy a village safari and learn to cook a Sri Lankan meal
- Overnight at Sigiriya
- After breakfast leave to Anuradhapura (approx. 1.5 hours)
- Visit the ruins in the ancient city of Anuradhapura
- After early breakfast leave for a jeep safari in Wilpattu (approx. 30 minutes)
- After the safari proceed to Negombo for overnight stay (approx. 3.5 hours)
- Relax on the beach
- Transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for departure
